Delivery times are from 1 to 15 working days depending on the carrier or destination.

To which parts of Spain do you ship?

We ship to all of Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla. We are working so that soon we can make these types of shipments.



Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Europa, Estados Unidos y Norte de America.

We are working to expand countries where we ship.



What happens if I am not at home when the carrier comes?

First, you can select a different delivery address to your address, if with that there are more possibilities to locate you. For example, it is common to use the work address.

Second, if the carrier does not locate anyone at your address, it is normal to leave a note advising. In addition, they will call you to arrange a new delivery with you.

Please, if you think it will be difficult to locate you, let us know in the comments section when you select the shipment, so that we can find the best way to deliver your order. Of course, always leave us a mobile phone number to easily locate you in case of delivery problems.

However, you can contact the transport agency, since at all times you will know through which agency we are making the shipment.

Remember that if you change your location during the delivery of the order, we will not be able to send the order to the new location again, unless you pay the corresponding shipping costs.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid by the product.



My package has not yet arrived, can I track my order?

Through the link that we have provided you and that you will find in the email that you received informing you that your package is on the way.
